Well what the heck is it?

Bam Bam's Cajun Trash is a recipe from generations past that was prepared and sent out to our family members every Christmas by my Great Grandmother Lucille. Or, as we all called her, Bam Bam. The recipe is a cajun twist on seasoned chex mix, and gets its name sake from many points, but mainly due to the tradition of combining and mixing all the ingredients in a (CLEAN) trash can before baking. (Don't worry, we practice more modern food saftey procedures!) Where as most things labeled "cajun" are just flavored for heat with something to prove, Bam Bam's Cajun Trash is made with true Louisiana love and soul. From a time when all Bam Bam wanted was to see you smile.
